1. Initiating a Refund

If you need to request a refund, you can do so within 7 days of your booking. Please follow the instructions on our website to start the process.

2. Complaints and Returns

To address any issues or initiate a return, please use the ‘Call Us’ button on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints or refund requests after the services have been completed.

3. Processing Your Refund

Once you request a cancellation, we’ll verify your booking details. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund within 1 (one) business day. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or your Wallet, depending on your choice. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, based on your financial institution’s processing times.

4. Refund Method

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, refunds will be made to the original payment method used or as a Wallet credit, if applicable.

5. Refund Timeline

How Long It Takes: We aim to process refunds within 15 (fifteen) working days. However, the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
